Here is the important information to know
- You will need an entry visa unless you are a national of CEMAC countries (Central African Republic, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad)
- The visa must be requested from the Consulate or Embassy of Cameroon in your country
- Countries without diplomatic representation will take visas at Douala airport upon arrival. Participants must send their requests to the organizing committee: the countries concerned are Burkina Faso, Togo, Niger and Mali.
- Vaccination against yellow fever is obligatory
- The vaccination book is requested at the arrival BEFORE having recovered the suitcases, it is necessary to have it with his passport for the landing in Cameroon
- ATTENTION: You must be able to justify a ticket of return

Main documents required:
- Two official forms filled out
- Two passport size photos 4.5 x 3.5 cm (no photocopies or scanned photos)
- A valid passport with at least one blank page
- Travel certificate or letter of invitation
- Return ticket (air ticket)
- A hotel reservation (for example an e-mail confirming an online booking site such as booking.com)
- For visa fees, inquire directly at the Consulate or Embassy of Cameroon in your country.
